Draft terms. These need confirming before the site goes live.
Payment
Full payment is taken by card when you book. Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds.
Arrival and departure
Check-in and check-out times vary by caravan and are shown on each caravan's page and in your booking confirmation. Please leave on time on your departure day so the caravan can be cleaned for the next guests.
House rules
No smoking and no parties or events. Pets are welcome in A4 at The Chase only, at no extra charge. Children of any age are welcome.
Damage
If anything is damaged during your stay, you may be asked to pay up to £150 after check-out.
Cancellations
To be confirmed.
Park rules
Guests must follow the rules of the holiday park, including any passes required for park facilities.
